The man behind The Ivy Restaurant, Gurugram, is Shailendra Tiwari who happens to be an unassuming, simple and a humble person, hailing from central India. His family business of farming paved a path for his utmost care and love for nature which resulted in a stunning jungle resort called “Tiger’s Den”, in Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh
